Box Descriptions
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of each box are correct. When you receive your box the colour may vary slightly from those shown in the pictures on the website as each box is hand painted so exact colour cannot be guaranteed. The quality of hand-painting will always be consistently high. The measurements of the box are as exact as possible. The artists in Limoges source the blank boxes from more than one manufacturer in the region so the box markings may vary to reflect this.
Payment
I revise and review prices constantly to make sure they are competitive. It is important to me that are happy with your purchase and feel you have value for money.
My preferred method of payment is Paypal as this is instant confirmation that funds are available and your box can be ordered immediately.
Other methods of payment are by personal cheque or postal order. Once your cheque has cleared, the box will be ordered and despatched as quickly as possible. Some boxes are held as stock items and can be sent to you immediately.
Please do not send cash, as I cannot be held responsible if it goes missing!
